      • Show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.

  2. Return Conditions

    • The product must be reported as damaged or not working within two (2) days of delivery.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all included accessories and documentation.

  3. Return Process

    • If you receive a damaged or non-functional product:

      2. Provide proof of damage or functionality issues (e.g., photos, videos).
      3. Upon verification, we will guide you through the return process.

  4. Resolution Options

    • Once your return is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
      • A replacement product within 5-7 working days , if available.
      • A full refund, if a replacement is unavailable.

  5. Important Notes

    • Returns initiated after the two-day window will not be accepted.
    • Products that show signs of tampering, misuse, or physical damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.
 Once the refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be processed and credited within 3-5 working days to the original mode of payment 

Why We Don’t Accept Used Products

To ensure every customer receives only brand-new gadgets, we do not resell returned items. This policy guarantees the highest quality and performance for our customers.
